Since you have invested, the SEC’s Regulation Best Interest (Reg BI) has become effective. Reg BI makes it clear that a broker-dealer may not put its financial interests ahead of the interests of a retail customer when making recommendations. We would like to provide you with CNL Securities Customer Relationship Summary (Form CRS) which describes the services we do not offer for Accommodation Accounts holders. In addition to we are providing a Conflicts Disclosure document which provides you with the conflicts of interest you should be aware of when it comes to your CNL-affiliated investment(s).
